Print & apply systems are used to print fixed and variable data such as barcode, product-producer-delivery information on labels and apply top, front, side or back surfaces of moving or still cases, pallets and bundles. The print & apply systems are equipped with various models of SATO thermal transfer printers. Air blow, contact tamp, rotary arm and swinging label applicators are available according to modality of application.

ALcode Print & apply systems are equipped with Japan SATO industrial thermal transfer printers. As per the requirement of customers, print & apply systems are supplied with loop controlled contact type label applicators in case of high capacity requirements or with suction pad non-contact type penumatic applicators in case of real-time applications for variable data printing on each label. Genuine ERDA design belt conveyor or slat chain conveyor systems of various width and length can be supplied as per the nature of products.
		ALritma-T Case Labelling Systems Print & apply systems can be delivered as stand alone units for labeling aside existing product conveyors as well as complete systems with conveyor bands. Air blow applicators, tamp applicators for contact labeling, swinging or rotary arm applicators are available for top, front, side or back surface labeling as well as corner labeling. Grafic software can be supplied for SATO printers. These softwares enable to create labels under WINDOWS using texts, graphics and barcode typologies.
		ALstep-T Case Labelling Systems It is used to label top surface or side surface as well as L-corner label for front-side or front-top or side-back surface of carton boxes. The length, height and width of conveyors are designed to fit customer's products.
		ALcode Case Labelling Systems ALcode units are ideal for real time applications for variable data (sequential numbering, date and time) printing. Labels are applied by pistons via contact or non-contact (air jet) vacuumed templates.
		Pallet Labelling Systems Various print & apply systems are configured for labeling front, side or back surfaces of moving or still pallets. On request, robotic systems can be designed for two adjacent side labeling of the pallets.
