ERDA is in collaboration since 1995 with well-known Italian producer of
self-adhesive labeling systems, namely ALTECH. ERDA equips all labeling
machines with high technology labeling heads of ALTECH. High labeling
precision and 80 meter/minute speed (over 1.000 labels/minute) can be
achieved by stepping motor driven labeling heads. The labeling heads can
be equipped with microswitch for transparent labels, near end-of-label web
warning, vacuum/air blow applicators, hot foil printer, motor driven label
dispensing system for 400mm label rolls, speed adjustment with encoder and
motor driven backing paper rewinder.

ALstep
ALstep is compact and low-cost applicator
group for self-adhesive labels and can be easily integrated in
existing production lines with its precise tolerence of +/- 1mm. ALstep-E
is the most economical model of the series having 15 meters/minute
label dispensing speed and 100mm label width. ALstep-S having 30 meters/minute
label dispensing speed and 100mm label width is the low-cost option
for performance production lines. ALstep-M having 20 meters/minute
label dispensing speed and 200mm label width is used in a wide
spectrum of application areas.

ALritma
ALritma is high performance label applicator
group and easily integrated to high capacity production lines with its
precise tolerence of +/- 1mm. ALritma-S and M models can reach 40
meters/minute label dispensing speed whereas L model can attain 30
meters/minute. ALritma-X-HI model is equipped with motorized backing paper
rewinder and can attain a speed of 90 meter/minute at a cruising speed of
900 labels/minute with its special electronics.
