Semi automatic labeling machine is suitable for partial or full wrap-around labeling of cylindirical and slightly conical jars, bottles, containers. The products manually fed between two rollers in lay-down position are labeled by foot-pedal start and labeled products are picked-up from the machine manually. AISI 304L stainless steel table is provided as optional extra.

Model DWR ROUND Technical Features:

DWR ROUND is a semi-automatic labeling machines for round products.

The electronics can prepare until 40 different formats where is possible to set all information of label and type of application.

DWR ROUND can apply single labels or front and back also with different size or automatic positioning reading for example black mark on the product DWR ROUND is available in version up 200 mm widths.

The roll holder can be adapted to any core type and can accept rolls up to 300 mm in diameter, thus offering long operation autonomy.

The labels are ready by a photocell that read the different transparence between labels and liner, a sensor for transparent a labels is available.
