Automatic top/bottom surface labeling
machine is suitable for labelling bottles, containers, cases, pouchs,
vacuumed products fed to the conveyor band in lay-down position. The
labelling machines can be equipped with microswitch for transparent labels,
hot foil printers, camera control are optional extra attachments.

Ebelt-TB top/bottom labelling machines are

Superior Features:
Main basement frame
Top/bottom labeling machine has a basement frame made of AISI 304
quality stainless steel and anodized aluminum. The labeling machine
conforms the GMP requirements with long life materials and hygenic design.
Modular structure
Thanks to the modular structure of the labeling
machines, different shaped products could be easily labelled with minor
part changes. The conveyor of labeling machines have special transport
belts, lengths and widths as per the type of products.
User-friendly control unit
The control unit of the top/bottom labeling machine is
positioned ergonomically. As all the adjustments of labelling machine is
made from electronic control unit, no difficult mechanical adjustments
exist as in the other classical labelling machines
Quality
All labeling machines made in ERDA are fully
tested in conformity with CE norms and safety regulations. All design and
production data is kept in ERDA archives.
